Burnt Ranch Vacations

I only stayed for two days, but the experience was disappointing. I arrived at 2:30 PM, just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time, and had to wait standing because the reception area had no chairs. The room was never cleaned or organized during my stay. Used towels were not exchanged, but after informing the front desk, I was simply given new towels and had to carry them myself to the third floor. The Wi‑Fi was very slow, frequently disconnected, and unreliable. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

Over all, it was an okay hotel. Thank goodness I asked for a final invoice, because there were hidden charges that weren’t included when I booked the room. First, they charged me for 3 nights of self- parking, when we only stayed for 2 nights. Then, they charged me for additional hotel amenities for 2 nights, and when I asked what that was, the lady said it was for water and ice machines? What? You charge for those? I didn’t even get ice, nor water. I actually had to go to the nearest store to get drinking water. Yeah, no. I won’t be returning and will not refer this place, unfortunately.

The hotel was in an amazing location. Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We could walk to most all attractions. The breakfast was spectacular. I loved the fire tables with the seating. We were disappointed there was no hot tub and we could hear the upstairs people walking around. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Some furniture looks aged but the service and cleanness was very good
