“The staff were really friendly, and helpful, the best bit about the hotel was the staff, the breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area was clean and fresh but unfortunately the rest of the hotel was very tired and dated, great location for the GNR which was the purpose of our stay, great parking and only 25 mins drive to the Metro station, also only a 7 min drive to The Beamish museum”
