“I booked the apartment because it was the only one with 2 single beds on Expedia website, unfortunately it wasn’t when we got there. I didn’t see the small print about leaving a deposit (£150) when I paid for the 2 nights on Expedia app. The apartment was okay clean, but scratches on walls, doors and refrigerator, and I had to take videos as evidence just to avoid getting claims from the management, the boiler didn’t work so I read through the instructions to reboot it just to get hot water. ...

“I stayed here previously last year but since then, standards of cleanliness and general upkeep seem to have fallen. In the bedroom, three of four pillows on the bed had brown marks on them; the dressing table chair had a long brown streaky stain on it (looked like 💩) and in the bathroom, there was no rubber seal on the bottom of the glass shower screen, so water poured out onto the floor when showering. Other minor cosmetic issues included missing tiles under the bathroom sink, and scuffs on...

“Where to start, it was cheaper than most places in Newcastle but still wasn't worth what we paid. No air-conditioning, the kitchen drain smelled terrible, the toilet leaked, there were toenails in the bathroom, originally put in a two bedded room when there was 3 of us, very hot stuffy room, unable to open window properly as there was a chain lock preventing us. Beds were clean and fairly comfy.”

“Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.”

“Clean room. Very good location. Checking in and checking out was super simple and communication with the host was good. Very hot in summer due to being a limited amount of windows and no airflow but really good value for money”
