“Vanessa and Steve were exceptional hosts and the facilities at “The Foxes Den” suited us perfectly. Everything was most satisfactory and we ended our stay with a delicious full English breakfast which kept us going for quite a while!!! “Had a great stay, had a lovely welcome, really comfy bed in a lovely cottage suite (room 11). Had everything you could need for a self catering stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Car parking included was a bonus. Would highly recommend with only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bury St Edmunds. Would definitely stay again”

“The bathroom was small and dirty with mould growing up the pipes behind the wc. The w.c. was filthy in the bowl. The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently. ”

“The property could do with a bit of updating in the rooms especially the bathroom and some painting. They offed a reasonable menu and the food was excellent. We found all the staff to be friendly one impartial was Liv she check to see if the room was ready as we were early and wanted to go out.We were meeting friends for lunch she came over to remind us of kitchen closing time and tell us about fish Friday deal,the service she gave throughout our stay was excellent she was so helpful”
