“The staff were very friendly, and made us feel at home! The room was cozy and the view was beautiful, though the road outside was rather noisy, but it dies down after dark. I was hooked on the Cotswold Stout while we were there, and the town absolutely won our hearts! Highly recommended The Bear if you're around Marlborough!”

“Lovely bnb, right in the middle of Marlborough. Our room was very well appointed, with a small but perfectly adequate shower-room. Very good breakfast. ”

“We thought the room was not worth the price. It was a bit shabby and lacked the extras with a room that price.
Early evening we saw two rats outside on our patio.
There was a lack of staff at certain times and this was communicated to us when asking for breakfast.
The bar and gardens were lovely, they were very helpful with our food choices but the Sticky toffee pudding was not to a good standard.”

“We went to Europe for 4 weeks and stayed at at least 8 places, this was the best room we had the entire time. So much space, you felt like you were in someone’s guest room it was so cozy and had a beautiful bathtub and shower. The grounds were lovely and so was the food. I’d go back just to stay here for a beautiful weekend. Highly recommend.”
