“**Disappointing anniversary stay** We booked Lanelay Hall over three months in advance for a special anniversary and were looking forward to the luxury boutique experience advertised. We had hoped that booking so far ahead would allow us to be allocated one of the more desirable rooms. Unfortunately, we were allocated Clock Tower 1, an accessible Deluxe Room. “Staff were excellent”

“We always enjoy staying here. There were weddings taking place this weekend so it was busy and there was a delay on food in the evening and for breakfast, but we didn’t mind this and when it arrived it was hot and tasty. As usual the lounge music was just up our street and very relaxing. All staff also very professional and polite.”
