“My partner and me stayed during the first horrible heatwave in June, to get some respite in the AC that was featured in the amenities of the property. Not only was there AC in the room, but also in the pub/restaurant area! It was absolutely delightful - we struggled leaving! The staff were so friendly and attentive; nothing was too much trouble. “Have stayed at here a few times. Good location and if you want to use public transport, there's a bus stop right outside. You don't need to venture very far for a good meal (downstairs!) and breakfast served is made to order. This is our go to place to stay for convenience for access to beach, buses to Swanage and nice walks!”
