Vacations Close To Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Everything was great but the I did experience power outed in my room and the water in the sink in the bathroom really never got warm or hot. But other than that I loved the facility and location.

Great stay

Fun concept. Pool was huge with multiple areas to sit in the water which was nice. The staff was very kind. Not usually a frozen drink girl, but im pretty sure we drank like 20 pina coladas our stay. Overall a solid spot.

Very decent place to stay. It’s so convenient if you are planning for the Nelson-Atkin Air Museum.

We stayed at the Inn at Ophelia's for two nights. Booking the room was easy through Expedia. When we arrived we had to go to the host stand in the restaurant to get room access. The manager met with us, provided us our keys, and took us to the room and explained amenities. Once checked in, you are issued a fob that allows access to a side door into the restaurant and next to the stairs to go to the inn. This was convenient as we did not have to walk past diners as we came and went. Free parking is easily available on the street or a parking lot a half block away. We had a large king corner room that had a separate sitting area. The room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. It was summer and the room was cooled sufficiently by the AC. There was a minibar available in the room that we did not use. The bathroom amenities were nice. The room was quiet and the area of Ophelia's does not have much traffic overnight allowing for good sleep. I would highly recommend the Inn at Ophelia's!
