Vacations Close To Brooklyn Tourism and Visitor Center

Very professional and friendly staff. Lovely room and most comfortable bed. Quiet or low noise levels even off the street side. Food was very good. Bar comfortable. Boutique hotel feel. Health forward with yoga mat and roller in room, fitness center. And activities board in lobby. Like a garden in the city.

The room was dirty and extremely rundown. It definitely was not worth the cost

Clean, great location, and comfortable beds.

Great location, as this was a recommendation from friends who’s stayed there during their honeymoon. The chicken staff could have use some additional customer service training, not very welcoming for a time Square location in New York City. The room was mediocre needed some repair. The TV was replaced in the room, leaving a big hole in the wall, where it originally was. Considering that we were only there for one night, we really didn’t make a lot of fuss. Not to make this a total negative review the Bellman, who checked in our baggage was great 👍.
