“Disappointing. This was the worst experience I have had at any Holiday Inn and far below the standards I expect from IHG. Throughout my stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was unreliable, constantly disconnecting. On July 3, breakfast at 9:30 AM was poorly stocked, with almost no fruit, no yogurt, and little food remaining. “Nice room & convenient first floor location... though, facing the car-patk was not desirable. Would have liked other hot breakfast options ie scrambled eggs & bacon. There was ongoing difficulty with waffle maker which discouraged folks from using it. Hotel was in easy proximity to Longwood Gsrdens & Brandywine Museum of Art... a definite plus!”
