“The rooms are terribly dated like something from the 70s and I don't mean retro. Last minute option for me but it wouldn't be my first choice. Staff were very nice and helpful but literally the owners need to upgrade everything. My room had an adjoining door to another room , the door and walls were very thin and I could head every conversation and "activities" that were going on. “The big plus is the swimming pool / jacuzzi / steam room and the very well equipped gym. The room was very pleasant and well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were good. If I had to be critical I would say the buffet breakfast was poor with no pastries or fresh fruit salad, bread for toasting etc. There were cooked breakfast choices from the menu but if you are a continental breakfast type person it wasn't great value. “Older property showing some wear and tear. Check in wasn’t too great, as we waited over 20 minutes with no one at the desk and were continually told they were having a busy day. While that’s okay, an option to leave our bags would have been nice. The staff acted a bit annoyed (two people separately) when I asked to check in, but the manager who eventually came was kind and helpful. The room was very warm (early August) with no cross breeze. “De los 5 días de estancia, sólo en tres nos cambiaron las toallas. Por cierto toallas pequeñas, no de baño. El cuarto de baño super estrecho y pequeño. El agua caliente prácticamente imposible de graduar. No tiene ascensor. Bien el detalle del té y el café. No lo recomiendo.”

“The hotel is nowhere near 4 star, it needs updating. It's all very out of date and tired. The breakfast was the worst! Dirty old cutlery and the least they could have done was to put table cloths on the tables. Eggs were dried out and cold., even when I asked for fresh egg, still came out cold as was the bacon. £350 a night & £18 for breakfast! They are having a laugh. Thankfully Expedia fully refunded my money.”
