“From the moment we walked into reception we felt valued and treated as if we were a valued customer. Keith checked us in took us to our room explained where everything was including fresh milk in the fridge for your morning coffee or tea in your room and home made cookies, and how to get to the spa and pool. He was also the one we asked about other things to do in the area and he was always happy to help look up or suggest things. I cannot remember when I have had such a warm welcome at...

“Having no idea where to stay in Holt, for a few days; I looked online and decided on The Feathers. I was not disappointed. Everything was really fine: The Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bedroom pleasant and comfortable. And what a choice for Breakfast. I did enjoy an evening meal there with friends. Obviously a popular venue with people; Service was efficient from a good Menu range. Thank you.”

The premises were clean and comfortable, we opted for a continental breakfast and the selection offered was excellent. We ate two evening meals which were hot and tasty and well presented. All the staff were great, so friendly and went over and above when I mentioned something I needed for the room. The room was great, loved the...

“Stylish, luxurious, discrete, and an absolute joy to stay in! loved The Dial House.”

“The location was great for our needs. Very clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. Very helpful. Great gym. Some of the golfers were rather noisy late into the evening and early hours of the morning but overall a very pleasant stay”

“Great place next to nice pub with good food and beer. Plenty of off road parking, spacious and well laid out room with easy chair, desk chair, tea, instant coffee and pod coffee, biscuits and fridge. No breakfast, so take your own. No reception so be aware that you need to provide a mobile number in order to receive a digital key, or chack your emails for instructions on how to retrieve a key card.”

“Accommodation was clean and tidy evening meal excellent together with breakfast we cycled to the property and they were able to store the bike securely”
