“Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. “My room was simple but comfortable. There’s a good spread and variety for breakfast, which is included. Dinner is available (at an extra cost) and is well worth it. Close to the Mountain Museum (walking distance). There’s a bus that goes into Bolzano/Bozen, bus stop is less than 5 mins away and it takes about 20 mins to get into the city. “I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater.
