“Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...

“This hotel is not recommended to stay the hottest months, the room has no air conditioning and being next to a road with a lot of traffic you can not sleep with the window open. Otherwise it is a hotel that is quite good and surely in the colder months it will be very nice.”

“Estuvimos hospedados 2 noches en la habitacion Estandar. La cama matrimonial era bastante chica, de 1,40 de ancho, que si bien era habitacion Estandar no corresponde a las estrellas del hotel. La atención muy buena, y el desayuno excelente!!!!”

“The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Upon arrival the room was clean and smell cleaned, this is a rarely in most places. The hotel is older but they do a great job at keeping things modern and up to date. The spa and pool area are great with indoor and out pools and jacuzzi. The daily breakfast was nice, with plenty of seating areas. There are free bike rentals, as well as fee bikes for electric bikes. Many things to do in the area, hiking, walking, biking, visting...

“Prachtig familie hotel, ruime schone kamer met airco en balkon. Lift en eigen parkeergarage. Ontbijt was heerlijk ruim aanbod. Buiten zwembad met ligstoelen aanwezig. Geen restaurant voor diner wel snacks mogelijk, dit is echter geen probleem hotel ligt op 10 minuten afstand van het centrum voldoende restaurants in de omgeving.”

“Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich super. Das Frühstück war ein Traum und der neue Wellnessbereich wunderschön. Leider ist die Straße die direkt daran vorbei führt den ganzen Tag so stark befahren, das man den Balkon auf dieser Seite max. zum Wäsche trocknen nutzen kann, da man dort sein eigenes Wort nicht versteht. Der starke Verkehr ist selbst durch die geschlossenen Fenster wahrzunehmen.”

“Dejà en arrivant, on voyait que ça les dérangeait que la réservation ait été faite sur Hôtels.com. La chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé. Nous leur avons montré la photo d’hôtels.com de notre réservation et ils nous ont dit que ça ne correspondait pas à notre réservation ! Nous avons eu une chambre au 1er avec vue à seulement quelques mètres sur le bâtiment d’en face et au dessus du parking alors que la photo de votre site montrait une vue sur les montagnes. Dommage car...
