“I was not really happy with the room I was given. I booked a normal room, but received a room for an impaired person. I was put in room 1. The shower was a wet floor shower, which was not too bad, but the bed was terrible. The mattress had collapsed and I ended up sleeping ( actually I didn't sleep) in a dip, ended up with body aches.”

“The room was nice and cozy, it had the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! The tea and coffee were very much appreciated as well. The staff were lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you, I will definitely stay again if I visit Thetford.”

“Just the job..a 2 night stay for the wife and myself. We will be returning here in a few weeks time for a couple of nights again...so relaxing. The staff here are excellent, going the extra mile to ensure a freindly, comfortable experience. Have to say, especially the restaraunt staff...brilliant! And the breakfast served was really just great...looking forward to that again in a few weeks time!”
