The check-in process was extremely poorly organized and managed. There were three staff members working, yet none seemed to have any sense of urgency or communicate effectively. It took over an hour to check in, and the staff member assisting me never explained what was causing the delay or whether there were any issues. At one point, she simply stared at her screen for approximately 45 minutes without communicating with me at all.
I stayed in the Canyon Tower, and unfortunately the room was extremely stuffy. Even with the AC set as low as 65°F, the room never felt comfortable, and I had a difficult time sleeping.
The bathroom also had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was hair throughout the shower, which was disappointing and made the room feel like it had not been thoroughly prepared for a new guest.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet the standard I expected. Better communication during check-in, more efficient management, and more thorough room cleaning would make a significant difference.
