The pluses: The lady at the check-in desk was absolutely fantastic. I wish I got her name to give her proper recognition. Pool was great and so were poolside staff. Room was clean. Starbucks coffee available at Viva cafe. The minuses: They try to upsell you to buy a timeshare as soon as you’re checked in. “Free breakfast and comps”. Canceling the presentation was easy, at least. 3 contacts required to get missing TV remote. Barry Manilow concert cut in half due to “computer problems”. Concert was the reason we travelled there in the first place. Room smelled like smoke on and off. Maybe from the room next to us smoking illegally. I should’ve complained but I didn’t.

We love that the hotel is well located as you can walk around the strip and get to visit many popular places, is next to the Fashion Show so if you need to buy clothes or even eat at reasonable prices it’s a really good option. Just the walk from the parking lot to the lobby is really tedious as there’s only one elevator and the rest are just stairs, so if you’re carrying lots of bags it usually takes a couple trips, the staff is usually very friendly except when they don’t know how to explain the extra charges at the check in (resort fee and security deposit which you usually get refunded) but overall we love staying at this hotel.

Parking is a little far but great property. Very nice rooms and nice hotel amenities.

Great stay this is the place my family and I always stay at every trip to a Palm Springs. We have tried other places but always go back to The Oasis
