“Worst place with the worst attitude manager. Stayed here before we flew the next day. Spa wasn't open as work was going on. That was fine, however I ran a bath and the water was brown with lots of dirt in. Ran the shower. Exactly the same. Went to reception to be told nothing they could so. Requested a refund as this was unacceptable to be put in a room with no working water. Got £50 pound back. I wasn't happy with this so spoke to the manager the next morning who was very defensive and said...

“free classes were really good, amazing pool, but make sure you book dinner in advance....we didn't and restaurant was fully booked but they managed to get us a table at 8.30pm. Suggested walks from the hotel would be useful too.”
