Staff very helpful and friendly. Room lovely, quiet. Breakfast very good. Didn't have any other meals but menu for dinner looked inviting and very reasonable. Very nice open plan lounge. Good location, close to beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

Absolutely fine, to say it’s an airport hotel it was so quiet and we didn’t see or hear a single plane! It’s a busy hotel but quiet and clean, will definitely stay again.

Great facilities - great stff!

Whilst the condition of this Britannia Hotel may be a it run own in places - the facilities and staff are excellent. The welcome I received on my check in (which was after 10pm) was outstanding and the gym host could not have been friendlier. The gym whilst small and a little outdated, was also a brilliant facility to have available. This service along with these facilities at this price wa amazing value!!
