“Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. “A beautiful pub with stacks of character!! Cosy and inviting. Food was excellent, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Locals also welcoming. The area is so picturesque it was a real treat. Would definitely return and planning to try out Sunday lunch sometime in winter to take advantage of the open fireplace. Miniscule gripe was it would be nice to have some nicer bread at breakfast rather than bog standard e.g. sourdough. But that is not a show stopper!! Definitely recommend, but be aware...
