“The room itself was spacious and clean. The pub was great loads of drink selection and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. Our only negative was weather related. The fan in the room didn't help with the heat at all. We had to keep the window open to try and cool the room. On the Saturday it was fine, however on the Friday the noise went on until around 1am from the pub garden. “Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. “Delightful accommodation in a beautiful village pub. As a family of three, we stayed in the Superior Suite, Room 4. Our window view was a charming old church. Room/linen was spotless, towels were hotel quality, powerful shower, comfy beds, amazing cooked breakfast and kind hosts. No pub noise and we stayed on a Fri and Sat night. It's very quiet. Safe car parking right outside too. Dog friendly. Great location if visiting Cotswolds/Diddly Squat and The Farmer's Dog. Wish we could have stayed...
