I have NEVER in all my times of traveling been or stay at the most unclean unprofessional lack of communication lack of service hotel ever in my life first let’s start with this I arrived off a flight that was from the previous day so I needed too check in early was very tired from a 4 hr flight was told by hotel that they would check me in early once the guess checked out my room would be top priority do you think that happened know wound up waiting til 3 pm too check in I arrived at 9 am. Second issue this hotel Jet Luxury does not have its own hotel they are using MGM’s tower hotel, in which you can’t get any assistance from the actual hotel in itself. I asked for help in all my situations in the beginning of my stay the hotel told me I had too contact Jet Luxury but I’m staying on their property. Other issues room was not cleaned properly balcony had ashes on pavement walls were nasty on balcony kitchen dishes wasn’t washed properly found food on plates oh & too put the icing on everything neither television in any of the rooms worked. I had too deal with this issue for two days because nobody reached out to me after I made my complaints, I was only their for 3 nights. I highly recommend that know one rents from the hotel because they don’t even have there own building they are sharing a building with another company that takes over the building all but certain rooms and you can’t use there housekeeping ladies nor there staff I WILL NEVER AGAIN. First trip disaster.

This is our favorite and go-to place as we do not gamble and the location is unbeatable. Would appreciate some kitchenware rather than having to request from housekeeping. Brought our own paper plates/cups etc just for microwaving leftovers.

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing. My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo. We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.
