Vacations Close To Boulder City Golf Course

Room was the older section but it was huge and comfortable, nice little fridge that worked great

This is an adult-only hotel, and no kids are seen. It's quiet and less crowded than the hotel on the strip.

The Lady who greeted me is Maria or Marie and She was the most professional and resourceful, courteous, pleasant . My Experience was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had. I have already recommended this place to several of my friends in Las Vegas and Buffalo. I will be back

This was our 3rd time staying at Planet Hollywood. Love the location since it’s right in the middle of the Strip and connected to Miracle Mile shops (it’s like an entire mall connected to the hotel). Like the layout of the hotel where the lobby for check-in is on a separate level from the casino. I also messaged the hotel via Expedia to ask for an early check in. We were able to check in at 11 am for $50 extra. Bell desk also held our luggage until room was ready since we arrived early in the morning. If you have a military ID, be sure to present it when getting a Caesars Rewards card. You then get issued a Platinum Salute Rewards card which gets you free parking at the hotel. We got a room with a King sized bed. Bathroom had a separate shower and soaker tub. Wish I would have packed some bath salts or bath bombs to use in the tub. Shower did have shampoo/conditioner/and body wash dispenser on the wall.

Once we walked in the room look very nice. 1 restroom smelled like sewage and the shower the drains were clogged. Water was everywhere and we were cleaning with the towels after every shower. The pool was opened but no the jacuzzi. Very disappointed with my stay and will never book at the Rio again.

We were in the central tower, which has not been updated. Although the are was clean, it had an old smell. And finding your room in the maze like hallway the first time was not a good adventure. Not having a 24 hour cafe where you could just grab a bite to eat without having to deal with the sports book is a shame. The cafe they do have closes at two pm and is a little pricey. The staff were super friendly, although check in policy of only one person in line and not enough seating to accomodate the rest of your party was ridiculous. We didn't gamble, we were there for the Elvis show, which I highly recommend! Valet was amazing and cheaper than other properties. All in all in was a fun trip. Had a few hiccups, next time I would get the newer north tower.
