“I had booked a family room with a king sized bed and sofa bed. When I arrived they gave me a double bed and a sofa with no bed. I called reception and they said they’d make up the bed. I said no problem as we were out for the day. We came back after midnight and the room was the same. I called reception again and they explained that the family room wasn’t given to me and they didn’t recommend a pull out sofa bed for anyone over 13. I explained I’d already spoken to reception earlier in the day....

“Recently refurbished and in excellent condition throughout. Really lovely interior & great facilities to the rooms. We were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade to the premium room too. Hotel lobby, bar & restaurant areas were amazing. Truly lovely hotel with great friendly staff. Highly recommend & will be looking to stay here when visiting Leeds again.”
