“This property was not as described. The room was nothing like the photos. There is no bathroom, just a toilet and sink with a bare light bulb. Carpet is filthy. There was no working light in the room. Someone had taken the bulb from the only lamp. No lights in the stairwell. Totally unsuitable. No towels were provided.”

“Stayed at Darwin House and the experience was pretty poor. The room I originally booked was already being used by another guest, with her belongings everywhere, so I was moved to Room 1. The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. The property itself is filthy - the room was just about liveable for one night, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. It feels more like a bedsit or HMO than proper guest accommodation. The rooms smell strongly of mould and...

“Maravilloso !”

“Really nice house, table football etc for the kids, nice back garden and well-equipped kitchen. Really happy”

“I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid. Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes. Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo. Tried to raise issues with the property, but there was no answer on the phone number provided, and no reply via messages on...

“There is nothing positive to speak of the place.”

“We had a fantastic time , Jenny is a prefect host. We arrived in the afternoon, used they pool and garden, then the next day she allowed us to use the pool again after check out time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. It was a very hot day/night, she provided a fan and we managed to stay cool. Turns out she comes from my home town, so we had a lot to chat about. We just needed some peace and quiet to relax after a difficult week. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful stay.”

“Hard to find. Terrible property. No tv. No phone. No towels. One light bulb hanging on a wire. No bathroom in the room. 1 broken chair. Wet floor in the common toilet.”

“Good”

“整體質素一般，設施比較舊，直至取房時間仍未收到開門密碼，但價錢便宜。”
