“We arrived a little early for check in but Pauline on the front desk told us where we could leave our luggage and booked a table at the restaurant for our dinner and rang us when our room was ready. The room was lovely, with. Kingside bed, lounge area and a balcony overlooking the marina. Peppers is right beside the ferry terminal, so very convenient and the bus stop is right outside the ferry terminal. Our dinner was lovely and the wait staff very attentive. Breakfast was included in our room...

“Escogimos este hotel por estar cerca del puerto y de los ferrys que te llevan a Magnetic Island. El hotel es un complejo de apartamentos que está recién hecho. Incluso la habitación olía a nuevo. La zona es turística pero siendo invierno y fin de semana poco movimiento de gente había. Muchas gracias a la recepcionista que nos indicó el ferry más cercano y barato que podíamos coger para ir a la isla.”

“Had a couple of technical issues. I’m not surprised as it is a new venue running some state of the art systems. Problems happen. The staff went out of their way to assist. That is the measure of a great company. Problems could not be fixed then and there, however they made sure I was happy. Gold star. ”

“Room very clean with comfy bed and great shower so many positives, but my room was nothing like on the website. Very old. The QR scan on the mirror with motel details and breakfast orders didn’t work as I was wanting breakfast which had been advertised as available but unfortunately wasn’t. Very limited parking available. Overall for my brief stay it was good value for money very clean good shower an an aircon that works ”

“It was close to the activities in the park like tennis court, playground and pool. Very comfortable and quiet stay. TV- the Netflix didn't work at all in my cabin maybe should asked for help with that. As we only had LiveTV. Will next time if happens again on our stay. Definitely needs a little bit of an update on equipment for older kids (8-10 year old.) ”
