Nao entendi porque fez isso com a gente, que iriamos passar somente uma noite. ”

“When I checked in I was told that I did not pay. After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room. The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater. Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes. No attention by the staff and very poorly trained. What a disappointment ”

“We drove through a residential area to get to the property. It was not a nice area. There were abandoned houses, broken lampposts, high security round properties. It did not feel a safe area. No shops or restaurants. We would not have been able to walk there. We felt very uncomfortable and decided that we did not want to stay there. We have requested a refund but have been refused by hotels. Com as they say they can’t get hold of the property. I find that completely unacceptable. ”

“It was raining and the walls were leaking. Toilet was not cleaned well. Room was hot and couldnt keep the windows open due to no screens, people making noise outside and someone smoking near our window. No black out curtains so all night light was shining through window. The young man Hillary, tried everything to make our stay comfortable. he has a great personality.”

“This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on...

“It was a pleasant stay. Especially since it was a last-minute booking and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my son and I. Would love to have my own remote for the gate next time I pop in. But overall, a neat little gem. Value for money...”
