“Tv never worked in the room. The need to fix their internet issues as tv reception is thru a firestick. Basically it was not watchable the entire time we were there. I explained to the staff when they were available but by 5 pm the desk is not occupied for help.”

“I booked this as a mother looking for an affordable, easy family weekend. The kitchenette, BBQ, pool and hot tub were major reasons for choosing it, so we could cook, swim and relax without constantly spending money elsewhere.
Unfortunately, the pool was unheated and extremely cold, and the hot tub was visibly dirty with a grimy ring even after we were told it had been cleaned.
