Vacations Close To Blue Hole

Amazing staff, great location, spotless room. Loved it, thank you!

Stayed in Room 12, Sept. 23-27, 2026. It had been raining for days. Door to balcony so warped it would not, could not open. Television in room not operable. Staff notified, albeit on a Friday, said it would be fixed but no one showed up. No breakfast or coffee service on property, but a popular coffee roaster is a short walk away. Location of Parador is convenient if you have a car.

They did not give me the room I paid for, quoted me a higher price than I had from Expedia. The room we finally got was just ok and Gina quoted me a reduced price for the inconvenience, but when I went to check out, they quoted me a higher price again. They made it right but I spent time at the front desk at the beginning of our stay and on my last day as well. They made it restaurant us not open on sundays and it’s just that one restaurant. For 2 days we never got soap to wash your hands in the bathroom sink, I finally had to ask for it. A lady complained about the roof coming down in the room. I will never stay here again. Total waste of money, not worth it.

The room was adequate. Nothing special. Bathroom was very small. I stayed in this hotel before with a little nicer room, a balcony and a bigger bathroom. Unfortunately, I think when you book through Expedia, you get the worst rooms. This is always been my experience booking through Expedia.
