“Third time I've stayed this year. When you find a hotel you like why change. Very clean and very helpful staff. I was there this time for a gig at the Winter Gardens and its just a short 5 minute walk to venue. Also about 5 minutes leisurely stroll to promenade too so perfectly situated.”

“Staff were very good the advert said there was a pool table and breakfast witch they stopped breakfast and got rid of pool table which was the reason I wanted to stay so was quite disappointed when I got neither”

“I arrived very early but communicated with staff at the hotel and was able to access the room before check in time to drop bags and refresh after a drive. I was very grateful for that! Location is very central. Room was basic but had everything I required for one night. I'd stay here again. Very good value.”

“Decent size room. Comfortable bed. Walls a bit thin so can hear every noise and creaking floorboards. Pleasant enough room. Good value for money plus decent location close to amenities. Shame the derelict buildings on central drive around the corner but of course that's no fault of the hotel. Host very friendly and helpful. Good for people on a budget. Would stay again”

“Parking very helpful. Nice full breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful”

“El personal es super amable, el desayuno muy bien servido y muy rico. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda y tienen hervidor eléctrico y calefacción. ”

“Good service always helpful and smiley. No coffee or tea facilities in the room you have to buy coffee and stuff from the machine downstairs. Breakfast was lovely. My only issue was checking in with a 5 year old and a group of grown men pushed in front and just checked in before us after entering 10 mins after us. Other than that no issues at all.”

“Llegamos a este lugar y un señor borracho nos dijo que ya habían entregado nuestro cuarto a una persona con el mismo nombre (algo imposible) o una situación rara o de falta de seguridad de esta página de reservas. Después de 1 hora de reclamo, nos dieron una habitación de hostal para varios huéspedes sin baño privado, pero informando que solo sería para nosotros 2. Después tocan a la puerta nos sacan de la habitación y nos mandan a un micro cuarto de servicio con una sola cama individual en el...

“All perfect and very fair price”

“The place was clean, close enough for all the attractions, I only booked for me so I didn’t need a huge room so I just got a single, plenty of space for me. I wish they had a fridge in the room but that was no biggie for me, WiFi was perfect enough for me to run my computer and phone and didn’t lag out, I would definitely recommend this place”

“I'm not one to complain but just a heads up they charge 10 pounds a day to park charged when you first check in, Also there was no shower gel in the dispenser in the bathroom No option of breakfast when checked in,bar was not open and there was no price list either but they checked us in early on arrival”

“The room was clean, staff, were fantastic only problem was the lift was broken and I was on the first floor as I had a stroke my mobility is not great bumping my case up to the room my back was sore then the next day bumping it back down again it is what it is .”
