“I spent two nights here and both were without any heating in freezing minus 4 weather. I asked 5 times for a solution nothing given. I was given a broken heated and my room was not even cleaned. I had to make my own bed and the bedding did not even fit the bed. I had two terrible nights sleep in freezing room with uncomfortable bed. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone. ”

“For the price this hotel was worth it. It is in a new area being built around the central station so there isn't much directly around the hotel but your a short walk to everything including the mall and station.”

“Great location, very clean site. Only issue was that the Stugor cottage accommodation was not as described or as seen in photos. There were supposed to be bunk beds plus one single bed in one room and the soda bed in the living area. There were only bunk beds and the sofa bed. We questioned this with reception and they showed a picture saying does it not look like this, showing the picture that we had seen online with the extra single bed. Clearly staff don't know what the accommodation has...
