An incredibly inviting hotel, lovely ambience, very clean throughout. The breakfast was excellent too. Great location next to Haga and a lot of nice bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Great location, right next to the tram stop and a 5min walk from the old town with many bars and restaurants. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, the onsite spa was a great experience. Our room had a great view over the city, great at sunset!

I travel a lot, but I rarely encounter service this poor. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by the presence of guests, as if we were a bother. Our room wasn’t cleaned once during the entire stay – no fresh towels, no bed made, nothing. At this price point, I expect at least basic cleanliness and some attention to guests. The breakfast area was cramped, overcrowded, noisy, and lacked natural light – not a pleasant way to start the day. Overall, a terrible value for money. I wouldn’t stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Zimmer sind modern. Es gibt ein cromecast am TV zum streamen. Personal sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es kein Parkplatz. Es muss ca. 400m weiter im Parkhaus geparkt werden.

Super Hotel, 100%ig zu empfehlen! Auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer wünschen ab dem 7. Stock oder höher. Im Stockwerk 6 guckt man herrlich gegen eine Hauswand und Fenster am Fenster zum Gebäude vor dem Hotel. Ab Stockwerk 7 hat man einen freien Blick. Bei 32 Stockwerken sollte das möglich sein

This is a brilliant hotel in a convenient location in Gothenberg. We didn’t realise we had breakfast included, as were so impressed with the breakfast spread. As a vegan, I often have a lot of anxiety and associate hotel breakfasts with limited options that I can make do with. The vegan options at the breakfast buffet were incredible and was the first hotel I’ve stayed at where I felt like I had as much choice as everyone else. I really want the commend the hotel for this. The hotel was clean, all of the staff were welcoming and pleasant, and it’s so convenient being able to make use of the hotel gym. Incredible stay and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family!!

Easy access to the Haga district, shops and restaurants. Staff were very nice and accommodating - at check-in, since I was early by a few hours, they advised me to check back around 12. When I came back, they gave me early check-in for free AND upgraded my room without asking. Room was great and clean!

Chose to upgrade our room and the room was really dusty, which wasn’t very nice at all. Fortunately only stayed one night, but the hotel rooms definitely should be cleaned more thoroughly. Also paid to use the spa and they later emailed me demanding the payment, for which I already paid. Very poor customer service from the hotel.
