Villas en Bishop's Stortford

“La distancia desde el aeropuerto al hotel super bien, es bastante cerca. Ningúno habla español, mi reserva estaba echa hacia más de 1 mes, no estaba allí, me dieron una habitación que estaba la cama sin hacer, las toallas por el suelo, osea estaba sucia literal. Luego me dieron una que estaba bien. Sinceramente no me gustó nada del hotel. Salvaría la atención del respecioniata que aunque no nos pudimos entender muy bien, fue muy amable e intento solucionar el problema. ”

“Overall the place was clean, but definitely needs some renovation. The television did nit work properly, the bathroom is outdated and the door didn’t close properly. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was also decent wifi but the choice of what to watch on the television waa quite limited with no satellite. Decent place for a short stay.”

“Firstly no bottled water in room was told that they could fill a container of water for us but we said that would be water from tap they said yes as we explained we don’t drink tap water. Next was noise from other guests, this is not the owners fault but a rule saying the premises would be locked at a certain time would benefit guests staying at property instead we had other guests entering the property slamming every door they went through at half past midnight then to have one occupant start...

“Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

“Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. ”
