Vacations Close To Biscayne National Park

The property is beautiful but there was no shower gel available. I can’t tell if this is a hotel or an Airbnb. There was no one on one contact to speak to an actual person. The phone numbers never went through. So I never got to speak to an actual human. If it’s a hotel then there should be a means of communicating with front desk without having to go downstairs. If it’s an Airbnb then the numbers should work. It shouldn’t take 3 days for someone to respond to me about the fact there was no shower gel in the bathroom. The worst part is cleanliness. We saw several small roaches in the kitchen. That was shocking. It’s a beautiful building and the amenities are great but for the price we paid to stay for a week, we expected cleanliness and excellent and available customer service.

Overall the hotel is in a great location. Initial service staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the bell staff. However, after checking in, any requests from the front desk takes quite a while. Valet charged me twice, no refund was provided despite acknowledgment only one evening of usage. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the two bedroom suites. For a 5 Star hotel, I expected more.

My family and I absolutely loved the Bentley. Front desk -all the men helping and the women were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was so accommodating and the hotel was just beautiful. Champagne hour was also a plus. Location was great.The only thing I would suggest is add something else to breakfast like maybe pancakes or French toast and extend it to 11 am! We will definitely come back!
