Clean room

Room was clean. Bed was just ok. Bath and toilet clean. Enjoyed the one night stay for local business trip. Breakfast was less than desirable but it was what it was advertised. Would stay again.

I had a reservation at another hotel - which no one had mentioned was closed at the time of booking. Birmingham was sold out for the weekend and this was the only hotel available. Took a few minutes for the gentleman at the front desk to acknowledge us, he was doing something on the computer. The hotel is an old property, room was musty smelling. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was less than ideal. Good for an overnight stay.

Overall stay was great… the staff was super sweet and very quick with the check in process.. my only issue was that while yes, the bath tub worked the actual shower did not… there was no way to switch from bath to shower

The lobby and our room look and smell clean. Very nice property and staff. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is continental, so not a lot of choices as expected. There’s a shopping center nearby, and a lot of good places to eat at. Order from Pho Pho Asian, amazing food! Overall, great property. I will highly recommend.

Very nice staff who were very accommodating, friendly and patient. However the reason for the low score is that several of the bathtub floors were dirty, stained. I would recommend for cleaning staff to clean bathtubs with bleach powder. Also, the desks were dusty and may be because many of the rooms sit unused for a while due to the location.

Staff was excellent and friendly, the blow dryer didn’t work and my biggest complaint was the bed frame. It was a metal frame that does not require a boxspring. Every time you moved it squeaked very loudly.

I dont feel like my room was actually cleaned. The sink was dirty, there were weird (cleanable) spots on the bathroom floor. And to top it off there was hair in my bed. The hallways and lobby were very hot and gross feeling. The woman who checked me in was very very kind, though.
