The staff was friendly and helpful, but the facility could use a little TLC. We switched out of our first rom because there was mold from a previous leak on the ceiling (3rd floor) and mold on the valence where it had also been leaked on. Our replacement room was leaking from over the window onto the sill. After the storms on the first night, it began to drip at the second window. They were kind enough to give us towels for those leaks.
Newer fixtures with either more outlets or USB charging would be nice.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and attentive and the location was perfect for us. Pool area was in pretty rough shape though. Hot tub out of order, lots of damage from water in the room and and incredibly noisy fan/air conditioner.

From check in to check out everything was great! Staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding! We stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels a lot and this was by far the BEST one we have experienced!
