“The place was beautiful, It could use an easy chair to sit in to read, in both the bedroom and the living room. I would stay there again if I was back that way. The bench in the shower was not near the shower.”

“Small, well maintained property. Affordable but limited amenities, no breakfast on site but available in the area, clean motel type rooms. Would recommend running the fan overnight, building sits along a significant highway and truckers were using engine breaks to slow which could be controlled with a background of fan noise. Overall a good value and a good spot between southern and central Maine.”

“Kineo View Lodge has the most amazing view! We so enjoyed sitting on our balcony looking at the mountains. The staff is wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable.”

“I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!”

“This property was excellent. Very clean and comfortable and the host was very helpful. The best part of this stay, however, is the amazing location. It is walkable to many amenities in an area that is otherwise pretty rural. We had a lovely stay and hope to return in the future!”
