“The room was spotless and all staff we interacted with were genuine, friendly and professional. Our 2nd stay included a washing machine and tumble dryer making the prepatation home so much better. The location opposite the trail station etc is amazing for getting about including just being mins away from supermarkets, cafe and shops in general. “Unfortunately, due to a problem in the reservations system, our reservation appeared as cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. Hotel owners did everything possible to find a similar accomodation. They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues.”
