“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“Truly enjoyed our stay. Falls retreat is a very quiet place with both front and back sitting area. Plenty of space in apartment. Staff incredible nice and responsive to any need. Location is perfect to venture in many directions. Thank you”

“Booked for 2 adults and one 15 Yr old child. They hotel wanted to charge me extrabdor sheets for the child. The claim a 15yr old is expected to sleep in the double bed with the parents... I was speechless. ”

“What an absolute treasure this place is. I found this by accident and it was the best accident I have made. The place is a clean and beautiful outside and in. The food at the restaurant is Devine and the staff are an absolute please. The beds are soft and comfy and the rooms were so cosy. Wish I got to spend more time here. Will definitely be back. ”
