We love this place! You will not find a better location. Just walk right out onto pine street where all the restaurants and shops are. The units themselves are modest and dated but you’ll have everything you need. The king bed was so comfortable and my kids love the bunk beds. It’s not the Ritz but it’s our favorite place to stay in Big Bear for the easiest trip ever!

Loved being so close to everything. It would have been nice to have complimentary sealed packs of coffee vs a used open container of coffee. Didn't feel comfortable making a pot of coffee with that. Other then that we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Everything was very clean and welcoming. They had pleasant music playing in the tv and we had it playing the whole time.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The check-in process was quick and seamless, which we really appreciated. The only small challenge was that the the door was a bit difficult to navigate at first, but we were able to figure it out. Felt a little uneasy with it! Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!
