Vacations Close To Big 20 Bowling Center

The stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff, Nancy was very helpful.

I highly recommend Encore. I didn’t have a chance to experience the spa but the staff in general, was very helpful and friendly. I have yet to have a bad meal there. The food is extraordinary. I will definitely return to Encore soon.

When I arrived approx 11pm at night I was told I had to go to another hotel along with the group infront of me. They had made us reservations elsewhere. There we were given some paperwork with the new reservation on. No offer of transport to get there until the other group asked and were told their shuttle bus could take us. No problems at all with the other hotel they had us booked into which was a 10 minute drive away. However I had booked this specifit one as its location to the airport and public transport was much more convenience. Had to take a costly Uber trip the next day downtown. This hotel was also further away from the airport. No explanations as to why they had moved us. On speaking with the Avid hotel where we had been booked into they also didnt know but guessed they had overbooked. Don't book this hotel if you are relying on the closeness to the airport or public transportation.

Very nice hotel. Initial room we were given had drain smell but we were moved quickly. Staff were generally very helpful too.

Fairly spacious room with clean bathroom and mini fridge a nice touch. Wish there was a smart tv though. The blinds were also not helpful enough when it comes to blocking out the soon so I should’ve brought a sleep mask. Overall though a seamless hotel check in and very smooth experience with very very minor nitpicky complaints. I would come back tbh.
