“We had a fantastic stay at the Ballina Byron Islander Resort and Conference Centre. The resort had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and we especially loved the heated pool — it was perfect for enjoying some downtime. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and so accommodating throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, which really made the experience even better. We also thought the package with dinner and breakfast included was excellent value...

“The bed was comfortable. The fridge was good enough to freeze the Esky bottles (not all motel fridges manage this). Plenty of bench space in the kitchen area. The hot water though never got very hot.”

“Lovely clean well equipped room, larger than normal with good tea and coffee facilities. If there was one thing missing it’s no usb outlets so bring a charger. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“We have been regular visitors to Ballina and always choose to stay at the Ramada. The staff are very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist in any way they can. We love the location and the view is just amazing. We love the kitchenette, especially when staying for more than a couple of days; it just makes life a little easier, and they provide all the basic utensils you need.
