“Great Hotel, so recomended”

“Great convenient location and a great family room for a family with kids. Check in was easy after-hours and everything clean and organised.”

“Staff are very helpful with accommodating requests and respond quickly. The property is clean and well maintained. Security on-site is excellent. The hotel is centrally located to the business centre of lismore but is quiet. A pleasant park is directly across the road and for a no-fuss quick meal the Lismore Workers Club is a two minute walk away. If you don't want to eat at the club there a many other eating venues within a five minute walk radius. The beds are comfortable and the rooms provide...

“Enjoyed our stay. ”

“A cool retro hotel close to the heart of Ballina. Room was super clean and very comfortable. It was nice to sit in the afternoon sun on the sunloungers on the grass...we did both afternoons with a glass of wine. The host suggested a French restaurant in the town centre which was also fantastic. The Wharf restaurant is also a must do We enjoyed our stay in Ballina. Only 1 suggestion....issue parking spots per room as it was annoying to come out of our room with cars so close to our door we could...

“This is not the place to rest or sleep. Blinds don’t close properly and there are bright white lights that shine through all night and keep the room lit. As well as being located on a very busy motorway. (That tourists wouldn’t know about) Trucks and traffic will wake you up several times a night. Plus you’ll hear every cough, sneeze or chatter from your neighbours. Staff were all lovely. But 0/10 stars for getting any rest or sleep. Easy to check I . And easy to park. But won’t stay again.”

I specifically chose a no-pet accommodation because my children have allergies, so I was concerned and confused by this. Although the room was clean overall, the strong dog smell made me question whether pets had previously stayed there. I hope the accommodation can look into this, as a pet-free environment is important for families with...
