Huge clean rooms, nice lobby, great gym. I have yet to use the pool as it has never been open despite 90 degree weather. I wish they would open the pool when it’s above 80 degrees rather than waiting till June. I come every spring and would use it for sure

The staff is incredible -from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping- and were all smiles during check in and check out. Most of our problem was with the garage. There is limited and rather tight parking if you have a car taller than sedan. The keycard to the garage never worked when went in and out but the help button was swift. Overall, a good stay with nice staff.

Very nice experience! Room is spacious and clean. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and Citibank nearby. 12-15 minutes walking distance to NIH. It is convenient.

The staff was good, could have explained some of the inner workings of the hotel more. Also no one mentioned the elevator situation, which was horrible and took up a lot of our time. The elevator is one of the worse thing here.
