Elevator smelled like pee. Sheets were dirty and so was the room. We didn’t even stay. We left right after check in. We wanted a refund since we didn’t even stay for 10 min and the staff said we have to call Expedia Even though I paid with my card at check in.

Good value if you just need a place to stay and you are not spending much time in your room. Small room. Hotel could use some updating We left each day at 9 am and didn’t get back to our room until 7:30. Amenities limited but coffee maker in room and refrigerator. Great location for shops and restaurants and train if you don’t mind walking. Staff very nice and accommodating. If you want to spend at least $100.00 or more least per night, GO FOR IT. Also, parked for free!

Staff was pleasant and check in was easy. Rooms could use some redesign and upkeep but they felt decently clean end it was a good price for the holiday weekend. The complementary breakfast was not available on the holiday.

No breakfast even though there are signs that they do have, the rooms are dirty, the shower curtain rails were unscrewed. I did like the front desk lady, she was really nice and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located around a lot of places to eat and shop.
