“The receptionist was very helpful, kind, approachable, and polite. I had booked two rooms but unfortunately had to cancel one less than 16 hours before check-in. The staff kindly discussed the situation with the manager and were able to accommodate the cancellation.
I really appreciated their understanding and flexibility regarding the unforeseen circumstances. Excellent customer service and a very welcoming team. Thank you for your kindness and understanding!”

“The traffic noise from the motorway was bad in the morning luckily I had my ear plugs. Also in the night about 1am and 3am there was a lot of noise from other people, it went on so long that I opened the door and told them to shut up. The room was good overall, easy to cast to the TV, good shower, espresso capsule machine, there was a dark hair in the bed and on the coffee area which was kinda gross. The restaurant was good service and food and the reception staff were very helpful.”

“The place was easy to get to using the airport-handy bus service. Just $3/adult & 20 mins trip, stopping almost outside the motel. There was a BP station with a café just 5 mins walk away and the tavern is another 10mins further down the road for meals.
And to top that off there was a free shuttle to the departures airport.”
