“Hotel correcto”

“Asked reception to warm up my food on arrival, was told to come back in thirty minutes, then refused when I did. Room was right by the train station, with noise and vibration from passing trains until midnight, and again from around five a.m., disturbing sleep both at night and early morning. Shower only ran hot, with no cold water to mix in, making it unusable. Overall, a poor experience. would not recommend. Staff really need to look after their service standards better.”
