I’ve stayed at the Millennium hotel chain in NYC many times, including at least three stays at this location, and by far, it was the worst experience. There was no notification that the main entrance was under construction. Having to haul your luggage from 144th to 145th through Times Square was not fun (use the Museum of Broadway address instead if you are planning to go). The check-in staff was extremely rude (even by NY standards), and the housekeeping staff was banging on your door at 8:00 AM on a day we weren’t checking out. I could go on and on. Needless to say, I won’t be staying at that location ever again. It’s unfortunate because we used to love this location second only to the Msocial Times Square.
