“We had to wait approximately 45 minutes for someone to show up at the check-in desk. No one was there. A security person from Berea College happened to be there (also looking for this 'missing' person) and did his best to try to find someone for us. It was already quite late and having to wait until almost 1:00 AM and be out early the next morning was rather inconvenient. Once the guy finally showed up, he didn't even bother apologizing. “They didn’t have the AC running, the room was HOT, the AC took forever to cool down the room.
Breakfast was not great, just breads , waffles, cereals pretty much, no meat, no eggs
