“No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed ”

“Requested accessible room - it was so far from the main part of the hotel we needed to drive and use a fire exit. In the bathroom the shower seat was rusted and broken, bathroom old, not maintained and dirty. The pillows stank and we needed to request new (which were equally as awful). Bedding cheap and musty. The part of the hotel we staid in is obviously mothballed for most of the year unless there is a big event nearby when they must open it and sell rooms. We were there for Goodwood which...

“Nessuna reception all arrivo, solo un ragazzo che serviva al pub (molto gentile e disponibile). Le camere sono sopra il locale, si accede da una scala stretta e lurida, con la moquette inguardabile. Stessa moquette anche in camera, super sporca. La camera piccolissima, non passava nemmeno la valigia tra il letto e il muro. “I really enjoyed my stay here. There were biscuits and fresh milk which was a lovely treat! The radio was a nice touch and the TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. WiFi connection was a bit hot and miss but wasn't a massive issue. The bed was very comfy. I felt very relaxed staying here. I will definitely visit again!”

“Lovely old and fascinating English house in a beautiful setting, near to lots of interesting places. We enjoyed the breakfast which was efficiently served in a characterful room. Our bedroom was comfortable. We were disturbed by mosquitoes in the night and I was bitten. We had to close the windows but found a fan which helped cool us down and deterred the mosquitoes further.
